Habitat for Humanity of New Mexico is a state support organization for the 17 Habitat for Humanity affiliates throughout the state. Our mission is to develop and procure statewide resources and to increase each affiliate's organizational capacity in order to create affordable housing  for very-low income households.

Through volunteer labor and donations of money and materials, Habitat affiliates build simple, decent homes. The homes are then sold to eligible families at no profit, financed with affordable, no-interest loans.  

Habitat for Humanity of New Mexico works closely with the state housing finance agency, New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority, and with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas to create affordable and decent housing.
